TEN WAYS TO WHEAR WHITE EYELINER
1. Use a smalll smudge of white liner in the middle of the lower lip to lighten up dark colors.
2. Dot a tiny speck of the liner on blemishes to hold concealer for long-lasting pimple coverage.
3. Use under the brow bone to emphasize groomed brows and highlight the eyes.
4. Draw a white line around the lip line and then cover lips with a wet, glossy nude color for a line-less bare mouth. (the Jennifer Lopez look)
5. Use it inside the lash lines, or waterlines, to create a rested, "awake" look and to allow the eyes to look larger and sparkling. (Actress Kate Hudson uses this technique)
6. Use it in the inner "V" of the eyes to look very awake.
7. Lightly rub a dab of frosty white pencil in the middle of the lid over shawow to create extra big eyes. (Used on the set of TV's "Providence.")
8. Apply a thick white line all around the eyes, then add a thin line of black or a color of choice for a modern but retro high-fashion look.
9. Draw a thick line of white under nails to brighten up non-manicured nails.
10. Scribble a bit of white pencil in the palm, then add foundation to create a make shift under-eye concealer.
